**Refund Policy – Velanta**

Thank you for shopping at Velanta.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.

**Non-returnable items include:**
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products (if applicable)
- Used pet products for hygiene reasons

**To complete your return**, email us at support@velanta.shop with your order number and reason for return.  
We’ll provide return instructions within 48 hours.

**Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.**  
We do not accept items returned without prior communication.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.
